What is Howl-O-Ween Brighton?

Howl-O-Ween is managed by Paw Productions Ltd, a collaboration between Pet-Fi Ltd and Teddy Brighton Ltd. We have partnered up to host the first dog festival to attempt to break the Guinness World Record – Most Dogs In Bandanas. 

The purpose of HOWL-O-WEEN is to provide a platform for new high-end pet brands to showcase their goods, attract dogs from all over the country (and further afield in some instances) to participate in our several World Record attempts and to support local charities, hotels, travel, food and drink suppliers.

This event is designed around our common love for DOGS. If you don’t have a dog, but love dogs – this is the perfect event for you.

At least £1 from all Howl-O-Ween festival ticket sales go to The Dogs Trust.

 

Must my dog be on a lead?

Yes! All pets must be on a lead to enter HOWL-O-WEEN. We ask that they remain on the lead throughout the event.

 *Note: Dog’s are the owners responsibility. Paw Productions is not responsible for your pets. Please keep a close eye and make sure your pet(s) stay safe. We are not responsible for any dogs that may be aggressive towards other dogs. Any dogs misbehaving will be removed from the event. Please keep a close eye on your dog(s) to ensure his/her safety.

 

Volunteers

Thank you for considering to volunteer. We anticipate we will need over 100 volunteers to successfully execute this event. We can’t do it without you!

Space is only available on first come-first serve basis. We encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Can other pets attend?

No. With this being our inaugural event, we are only allowing dogs to enter until we can get a better understanding of our attendees, their pets and flow of the event schedule. We also want to make sure your other pets (cats, monkeys, squirrels, pet alligators etc.) are kept safe and are not spooked by the presence of so many dogs. Even if they are in a stroller or carrier, we cannot let them enter. After this event, we will determine the best practices moving forward. We look forward to seeing you there!

Where is it?

Hove Park, Goldstone Crescent, Hove, BN3 6BG

 

Parking

There is free parking available along Goldstone crescent which surrounds most of the park. However, this is limited. We advise you to use public transport where possible.

 

Cycling

There are cycle lanes leading to the park from the city centre and various places to secure your bicycle around the park.

 

Bus

The 5B, 14, 14C, 55 and 56 buses serve the park throughout the day.

 

Accommodation

Camping at Ouse Meadow Campsite. Please select the camping option when purchasing your tickets. Camping spaces are very limited.
